cartesian concept of natural law follows the evolution of subjectivity

the conceptual transformation of pre-modern era to modern times of natural rights philosophers rights issues which will be discussed below philosophical development beginning of the modern era. natural law in modern times, unlike many writers, ancient or medieval deemed not continue, but at the beginning of a new era in the world of thought which occurred as rotational different concepts of human and social, including natural right under the influence of modern philosophy and the ideas of its founder's west rené descartes, finds a new meaning. this intellectual shift has different dimensions and subjectivist approach also appears as cartesian mathematics, and natural law philosophers such as thomas hobbes adopted the same approach. the effects of these philosophical sense of nature and natural law is evaluated in this article. of this study is to determine the effects of modern natural law or natural rights, intellectual currents of ancient and medieval natural law is not. on the other hand, the use of modern natural law to prove the legitimacy of islamic law in the legal positivist epistemological grounds, according to west's new philosophy does not warranted.
